Are you a superstitious person? You know, the type of person who won’t open an umbrella under cover, won’t pass below an open ladder and has to turn around 3 times when stepping over a crack in the pavement?
Here is a number of the more familiar craps folklores assembled by some of the great craps competitors. By the way, they uphold a lot of this crazyness too!
1. If the stickman changes, during a roll, a seven will be next.
2. If a cocktail hostess approaches the table, a 7 will follow.
three. If the dice being thrown hits somebody’s chips, a 7 is probable.
4. If the die being thrown impacts the glass, a 7 will pop up.
5. If there’s too much talking among the dealers, frequent 7s.
six. If the dice are rolled from the table, seven will be the next number.
7. If a new pair of dice are requested, 7 is going to follow.
8. If a player hollers out the number "seven", a 7 is certain to follow.
All of this possibly will sound like a bunch of nothing to you but every now and then you will be involved in an active game where the bones are passing a little too frequently. If you pay attention, you will notice that several of the superstitions are, in actuality, happening.
You will notice that the stickman changes a bit too often, that in place of one drink server, the table now has two waitresses delivering drinks and a number of other strange happenings that ultimately mean a 7 is bound to be rolled by the tosser.
Bear in mind, you can constantly bring your bets off the table and wait until the following tosser. You are able to also turn your bets off, however, if you do, do not turn them back on, due to the fact that if you do… a seven will be next!
