If you are wanting thrills, noise and more entertainment than you might be able to endure, then craps is the only game to enjoy.

Craps is a fast-paced gambling game with whales, budget gamblers, and everybody in the middle. If you’re a people-watcher this is one game that you’ll like to observe. There is the whale, playing with a huge bank roll and making loud proclamations when he wagers across the board, "520 dollars across," you will hear her say. He’s the player to observe at this table and they know it. They will either win big or lose big-time and there is no in the middle.

There’s the budget gambler, most likely trying to acquaint themselves with the high-roller. He will tell the other bettors of books he’s read on dice tossing and bum around the hottest tosser at the craps table, ready to confer and "share ideas and thoughts".

There’s the disciple of Frank Scoblete latest craps workshop. While Frank is the best there is, his devotee must do his homework. This player will require five minutes to set his dice, so practice understanding.

My preferred individuals at the table are the true gents from the old days. These senior guys are generally composed, mostly kind and will very likely always offer hints from the "great ole days."

When you take the plunge and make a choice to participate in the game, make sure you use appropriate etiquette. Find a position on the rail and lay your money down in front of you in the "come" area. Refrain from doing this when the dice are being tossed or you’ll be referred to as the last personality I wished to mention, the jerk.
